diana correia
diana (b. Portugal) is a composer and sound artist based in Berlin and Lisboa. working primarily as marie dior, her extensive practice investigates the distortion of pure tones, relating them to bodies and materials undergoing transformational decay. as a transgender woman, her work approaches questions of agency and mutability from the perspective of a queer woman of a marginalised gender.
diana runs the record label avnl records, together with visual artist tiago evangelista, which has released music from artists such as conan osiris, detente and blastah.
